It has been a long time since my last newsletter. Rest assured that I am still a huge advocate of Young Living, as I have been for over 14 years! Thieves cleaner was my first purchase, and my household still runs on all things Thieves. I have a huge collection of Young Living essential oils that I replenish as needed. And I use them daily. The skin care and health supplements are second to none.
However, I am finding I would rather talk one on one with people in an organic fashion, rather than constantly forcing an opportunity to talk about Young Living. That flows on beautifully with how I choose to live my life these days. I learnt this the hard way. My mum was my biggest teacher. She had severe scoliosis, and I was constantly trying to find ways to help her. But I eventually learned to accept that it was not my journey. Once I stopped forcing the conversation and all the things I was learning about for her benefit, our relationship became much more open and accepting. That in itself created more healing than any of my previous efforts. And then I found her actually asking for my advice and being more receptive to taking her own actions.
I am no “influencer”. I am just a fellow human making my way as gently and kindly through this life as I can. If you want to ask me anything I will try to help as best I can, based on all that I have learned so far, and keep learning.
One of the most powerful ways that I have learnt about the power of essential oils is through my “furmily”. I now own a beautiful big grey Waler (breed of horse) mare. Since discovering WadiFarm Herdlife in Nannup four years ago, I have been learning the subtleties of equine behaviour and connection. Three years ago this month I moved to Nannup. Two years ago, I became Rose’s human. Rose and her herd mates are very comfortable with the use of Young Living essential oils, and they will indicate which oil they would like and where to apply it.
My cats keep their distance from the oils. Animals are so much more knowledgeable with what is good for them than humans are. We seem to have lost our ability of knowing what is good for us. Cats have trouble processing some oils, so I am very careful with them around the house. I can still diffuse pretty much whatever I like, and the cats always have the ability to leave the room. They do seem to enjoy a drop of Ningxia Red in their wet food a few times a week. The are rescues so not sure of their exact age, but they have been with me for 10 years so far, and going strong.
My education and application of Young Living products has enriched my life and my health in more ways than I can count or even describe. When I look back 14 years ago, there is no way I could have imagined the difference Young Living has made to my life, and I feel truly grateful and blessed.
Thank you for reading my reintroduction to you. Reach out if you have any questions about Young Living.
